On 18 th November 2022, officers of CIABOC installed a complaint box at the Department of Inland Revenue Office premises and conducted an awareness programme. The general public will be able to lodge their complaints here with evidences, either giving their name or anonymously.

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption conducted a Corruption Prevention Programme at the Department of Inland Revenue on 13th March 2023. Ms. Thanuja Bandara, Assistant Director (Legal), Corruption Prevention Officers, Mrs. Maduka Ruwanthi, Mrs. Chamodi Jayasinghe and Mr. Kamal Jayasekara, Information and Communication Technology Assistant provided the resource contribution.

A Corruption Prevention Programme was conducted on 16th March 2023 to raise awareness of 143 Police Constables promoted to Police Sergeants at the Police Training College, Aralaganvila with the contribution of Prevention Officers of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption, Mrs. J.L.A. Udeshika Madushani, Ms. T.M.N.K. Thennakoon.

A Corruption Prevention Programme was conducted on 02 nd March 2023 to raise awareness of 180 Police Constables promoted to Police Sergeants at the Police Training College, Boralanda with the contribution of Prevention Officers of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption, Mrs. J.L.A. Udeshika Madushani, Mr. Shilamega Walithotage Ms. Rushanthi Dilshani and Police Inspector, Shantha Wikramarachchci.

Udeshika Madushani, Mr. Shilamega Walithotage and Police Inspector, Mr. Shantha Wikkramarachchi.

Udeshika Madushani, Ms. Eranga Madushi Kumari and Mrs. Dinusha Wikramarachchi.

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption conducts Corruption Prevention Programmes to eliminate bribery and corruption in the country through minimizing malpractices in government offices. Accordingly, it was planned to conduct a series of Corruption Prevention Programmes in Kegalle District and one programme of the series was conducted at Divisional Secretariat, Bulathkohupitiya on 23.11.2022. About 250 officers attended the programme and was conducted in two sessions, each of about 3 hours. Corruption Prevention Officers, Ms. Ishani Chathurika, Mr. Shammi Sri Lal Thotawaththa and Mr. Shilamega Walithotage provided the resource contribution.

About 130 officers attended the awareness programme and Ms. Dayana Kodithuwakku, Assistant Director (Legal) and the Prevention Officers Mrs. Rushanthi Dilshani, Mrs. Chamodi Jayasinghe and Mrs. Chamodi Jayasinghe and Mr. Shammi Sri Lal of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption provided the resource contribution.
