CIABOC conducts awareness programmes for public sector officers to create a clean public service, and on 24th February 2025, one such programme was conducted at the Matara Municipal Council for fifty Council Officers. The officers were made aware of the ill-effects of bribery and corruption, the legal situation with regard to bribery and corruption, standing against bribery as public sector employees, lodging complaints on bribery and corruption, and the measures that should be taken to eliminate bribery and corruption from Sri Lanka.

Prevention Officers of the Commission, Mr. Shammi Srilal Thotawatta and Mrs. Udeshika Jayasekara, contributed as resource persons. The Municipal Commissioner and the Deputy Municipal Commissioner also attended the programme.
