Corruption Prevention Programme at the Elpitiya Police Training College

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption conducted a Corruption Prevention Programme for 128 newly recruited Police Constables. The programme was conducted on 24th June 2024 at the Elpitiya Police Training College, and Prevention Officers Mrs. J. L. A. Udeshika Madhubashini and Mrs. Chamodi Jayasinghe provided the resource contribution for the programme. Participants were made aware of the concept of integrity, legal provisions related to bribery, corruption and illegal accumulation of assets, and the issues they have in that regard.
